Kata Hati tells the story of Ayra Natasha, a rising actress whose life starts to fall apart after a viral incident. During that time, she meets Imran, an e-hailing driver who treats her like a normal person, not a celebrity. As they spend more time together, feelings begin to grow. Ayra then has to choose between a genuine connection with Imran or staying with Zayn, a well-known actor who offers her a more secure and glamorous future.
